I use the stripe software platform to run my payment, which is safe and secure but if you don’t feel comfortable providing your banking card information there are other options for payment.
If at any point you are unhappy with the services provided please contact me directly through email or text so we can set up a conference call to discuss in more detail. I will be happy to refund all of your money if the program is not the right fit for you.
There is also the option of suspending your account for a minimum of two weeks based on unforeseen circumstances. Once activated your account will be credited for that duration.

At the end of the workout you can write a note which will be saved to my archives so that any future exercises or workouts will be adjusted accordingly.
