Born and raised in Zimbabwe, Africa, Sharne Hill, founder of Vitality Fitness Concept, has always been defined by his passion for sport and his dedication to a healthy lifestyle, even from a young age. It was only natural, then, that he decided to pursue a career in the fitness industry. After high school, he completed his studies in South Africa and obtained an associate’s degree in Sports Management from Varsity College.
Sharne obtained his certification as a personal trainer through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). In addition, he is a specialist in fitness nutrition, sports nutrition and corrective exercise with certifications in both TRX suspension and kettlebell training. Sharne has also obtained his online training certification through the online training academy which has been a very effective program for his current clientele and his online clients.
Sharne’s philosophy on personal training is founded on the recognition that each client is different in their own physical fitness capabilities and goals. In short, what works for one individual may not work well for another. Using a variety of the most cutting-edge fitness equipment, Sharne designs personal training programs that are customized to the unique fitness and lifestyle goals of each client while providing a safe and effective personal training program in which to achieve them.
