It’s hard for any trainer to hold a client accountable if you only see them a few hours a week, what they do after their training sessions is what really counts! Sharne offers a hybrid model to his existing clients, giving them access to his online training software. The program offers additional workouts during the week and also when traveling, they can track their nutrition and physical activity while keeping them motivated and on track!
